We use a third-party application called Qryde to schedule our rides. QRyde maintains its own database and secures its site in a completely separate location that Gentle Medical cannot access.
When you complete the form to request a ride on the Gentle Medical website, the personal information that you enter goes directly into the Qryde application. If you create an account on the QRyde application, it stores your personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information, in the Qryde app..
